Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable in the event of non-delivery of agreed-upon services or if Reality Reach Ventures fails to meet the specified project milestones. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of project completion.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the design or changes in the client's preferences after the project has commenced. It is the client's responsibility to communicate preferences and expectations clearly before work begins.

Refund Process: Upon approval of a valid refund request, Reality Reach Ventureswill process the refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund Amounts: The refund amount will be based on the percentage of work completed and will exclude any non-refundable expenses incurred by [Your Web Designing Agency] during the project.
