Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in any business relationship with Reality Reach Venture, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services Offered: Reality Reachprovides website design and development services, including but not limited to graphic design, coding, content creation, and maintenance.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals necessary for the project's successful completion. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline adjustments.

Project Scope: The project scope, including deliverables and timelines, will be outlined in a formal proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope must be mutually agreed upon and may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms: Payment details will be specified in the project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion. Failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the finalized project. Reality Reach Ventures retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Force Majeure: Reality Reach Ventures is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, such as acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
